Job summary

Alpha Tnd in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Bid/Tender Manager to oversee in-process verification and quality checks for tenders before submission.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with SOPs and contractual guidelines, identify risks, and develop standards, templates, and checklists.

This role focuses on strengthening process discipline, capturing lessons learned, and supporting Bid Managers on compliance and documentation structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC tendering and techno-commercial evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and documentation standards.
• Attention to detail with risk assessment skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
