Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a procurement/design professional in Karnataka to source new vendors, manage vendor contracts, and control costs for new and renovated retail stores. The role involves generating cost sheets, BOQs, Capex, and applying CAD drawings for store layouts.

You will analyze cross-functional data and negotiate costs while ensuring adherence to project lifecycles and service knowledge (HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety).

Qualifications

• Source out new vendors and manage records of vendor documents and contracts.
• Cost control in new and renovation stores.
• Generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex.
• Knowledge on services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire - Safety).
• Analyze data from cross functions and vendors for decision making.
• Assist in rate analysis and cost negotiations.

• Source out new vendors in different regions to speed up processes
• Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts

Cost control in new and renovation stores

• Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
• Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire - Safety etc.
• Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
• Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

Drawings Expertise

• Should be well versed in CAD.

Retail knowledge

• Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
