Responsibilities

• Develop annual behavioural capability roadmap and role-based competency frameworks.
• Lead a team of Soft Skills Trainers and conduct Trainer Effectiveness Reviews.
• Design behavioural certification pathways and govern training effectiveness monthly.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, Recruitment and Clients for skill gaps and learning solutions.
• Lead enterprise programs like Communication Excellence, Customer Experience, Leadership Essentials, Coaching Conversations.
• Analyze QA trends, propose interventions and measure Learning ROI.

The Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager leads behavioural capability initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring training interventions directly improve customer experience, quality, and operational performance. This role manages trainers, drives governance, and supports strategic capability development. The role partners with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
