You will source candidates from portals, agencies, and networks, screen CVs, coordinate interviews with HODs, manage offers, onboarding, and all HR documentation to ensure timely joining.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff, and non-clinical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, consultants, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with HODs and department heads.
• Coordinate with medical superintendents and functional heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage salary discussions, offer approvals, offer letters, and candidate follow-ups.
• Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
