Job summary

Manipal Hospitals in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support roles. You will collaborate with department heads to meet TAT and budget targets, source candidates through multiple channels, and manage interviews, offers, and pre-joining formalities.

You will build a strong talent pool for critical healthcare positions, drive bulk and specialized hiring, and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursing, paramedical, administrative and support functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and partner with department heads to close positions within defined TAT and manpower budgets.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollout, documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for critical and recurring healthcare positions.
• Drive bulk hiring and specialized hiring for hospital professionals.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and effective pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, vacancy status and hiring cost.
• Coordinate with HR BP team to ensure seamless onboarding and joining of selected candidate
