Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking to strengthen its branch Debt Management Services to achieve monthly targets within cost limits. The role focuses on visiting customers/agencies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliant repossession practices while maintaining thorough records and timely reporting.

Candidates will develop strategies to improve collection rates, track case-by-case progress, and coordinate with internal and external clients to meet AOP timelines and manage risk effectively.

Qualifications

• Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agency.

• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Case to Case tracking and timely resolution per AOP with agreed timelines.
• Portfolio Management, Debt Collection Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, Reporting and Analysis.
• Risk Management and Vendor Management.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external clients to optimize collections.
