We’re building the gifting side of Renvora from the ground up and this role sits right at the center of it. This isn’t a “send catalogue & follow up” job. It’s about understanding what companies actually want to send, when, and why and making it happen without chaos.

Responsibilities

• Talk to HR, Admin, and Founders to determine their gifting needs (festive, onboarding, rewards, bulk)
• Close deals and maintain a steady pipeline
• Work with brands/vendors to source the right products and negotiate smartly
• Put together gifting options that feel thoughtful, not generic
• Handle execution end-to-end from idea to delivery
• Ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business

Requirements

• You can sell, not just explain
• You follow up without being told
• You care about how things look, feel, and land (details matter)
• You’re okay figuring things out – this isn’t a structured setup
• Good to have: Experience in gifting, events, or B2B sales
