We are looking for a dedicated and technically inclined HVAC Service Engineer to join our Service & Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems. Freshers will receive hands‑on training, while experienced candidates will independently manage service activities and customer interactions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Carry out servicing of Split ACs, Ductable Units, VRF/VRV Systems, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Package Units, and Ventilation Systems.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service jobs and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
Installation & Commissioning Support
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
- Verify system operation and performance parameters.
- Support project teams during handover and commissioning activities.
Customer Service
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with customers during service visits.
- Provide technical explanations and recommendations to customers when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records after every site visit.
- Record equipment operating parameters and observations.
- Update service logs, job cards, and customer records.
- Submit daily activity reports to supervisors.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety policies and site safety requirements.
- Use proper PPE and ensure safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Comply with customer site regulations and statutory requirements.

Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
