We're Hiring: Assistant Manager (Arbitrator & Case Management)!
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the end-to-end onboarding, engagement, and management of arbitrators empaneled with our platform. You will serve as the key point of contact for arbitrators - ensuring seamless onboarding, continuous training, communication, and procedural support.
Location: Colaba, India Work Mode: Work from Office Role: Assistant Manager (Arbitrator & Case Management)
Arbitrator Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify and source potential arbitrators for empanelment. Lead the onboarding journey, including explaining platform processes, fee structures, case guidelines, and documentation.
Training & Capability Building: Conduct orientation for newly empaneled arbitrators. Organize quarterly refresher workshops, training sessions, and design resources like manuals, FAQs, and support collateral.
Case & Operational Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and arbitrators during ongoing dispute proceedings.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with arbitrators to schedule hearings, facilitate order-passing, and handle group communications (including WhatsApp updates).
Database & Feedback Management: Maintain up-to-date databases of empaneled arbitrators, certifications, and trainings. Actively gather and implement arbitrator feedback.
Education: LLB, B.Com, BMS, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in stakeholder management, training, legal, or arbitration-focused roles.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence to interact with senior legal professionals.
Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and ODR tools quickly.
