Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Associate – Mediation to support dispute resolution initiatives on a fast-growing ODR platform. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience and a degree in law (LLB/LLM). Responsibilities include managing mediation cases, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to mediation initiatives. Ideal candidates are passionate about ADR and legal technology, possess excellent communication skills, and are organized. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Mumbai.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate – Mediation to support dispute resolution initiatives on a fast-growing online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. The role involves managing mediation cases, supporting mediators and stakeholders, and contributing to projects that improve dispute resolution processes through technology.

This position is ideal for candidates passionate about alternative dispute resolution (ADR), mediation, and legal technology, and who want to work in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply concepts of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
• Manage and administer mediation cases on the platform.
• Coordinate with mediators, parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth case management.
• Assist in developing and implementing mediation-related initiatives and programs.
• Conduct research on emerging mediation practices and contribute to knowledge resources.
• Support training programs, workshops, and institutional collaborations related to mediation.
• Gather feedback from users and mediators to improve processes and platform functionality.
• Assist in mediator onboarding, empanelment, and engagement activities.
• Participate in industry events, discussions, and forums related to mediation and dispute resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
