Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Associate to join our core Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will work closely with seasoned partners and senior advocate counsel on complex arbitration matters, commercial disputes, contract enforcement, and writ litigation across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting comprehensive legal pleadings, statements of claim, written submissions, applications, and rejoinders for arbitrations and court proceedings.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research on statutory provisions, precedents, procedural laws, and emerging arbitration jurisprudence.
  • Appearing before District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and arbitral tribunals on behalf of clients.
  • Assisting senior lawyers in trial strategy, brief preparation, client conferences, and cross-examination planning.
  • Managing case files, client communications, and court filings systematically.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university or law school.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
  • 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Commercial Courts Act, CPC, and Contract Law.
  • Exceptional legal writing, research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
