Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced aftermarket sales professional to drive revenue for spare parts, services, upgrades and retrofits across PAN India. You will generate enquiries, manage customer interactions and guide offers with strong market insight.

The role requires managing spares sales for various equipment types and achieving targets while handling negotiations and tender processes. Travel across India is expected for key accounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aftermarket sales within process equipment/manufacturing industries.
• Strong domain knowledge in food, environment, chemical, mining, starch and pharma applications.
• Ability to manage customer accounts, drive sales growth and handle commercial negotiations.
• Willingness to travel PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket sales for spare parts, services, upgrades and retrofits.
• Generate enquiries and manage customer interactions (PAN India visits).
• Sales of spares for competitor installations (Filter Press, Decanter, Centrifuge, Disc/Drum Filters, Belt Filters, Dryers, Screens).
• Upgrades of Thickener, Tilting Pan Filters and other equipment.
• Market intelligence for breweries customers (Filter Press).
• MOM preparation, CRM updates and technical guidance for offer generation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, tender participation and payment collection.
• Strategic account management and customer relationship building.
