Steerway Business Consultants is seeking a GM – Spare Parts Sales to lead the AgriTech aftermarket business and drive spare parts revenue across India.

The role requires 10+ years in a GM-level spare parts sales environment. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Agriculture with MBA preferred will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Agriculture from a recognized institute.
• MBA preferred for leadership and strategic growth roles.
• 10+ years of GM-level experience in spare parts sales or equivalent.
