You will engage senior academic stakeholders, develop partnership strategies, and manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.

• MBA required or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of experience in partnerships/business development.

Responsabilités

• Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T EduTech’s presence in higher education.
• Build relationships with academic stakeholders incl. Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Principals, and Placement Heads.
• Understand institutional requirements and present L&T EduTech solutions across academic programs, skilling, and tech-enabled offerings.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for curriculum integration and industry-academia initiatives; co-branded programs.
• Drive partnership-led growth through proposals, negotiations, and achieving targets.
• Stay updated on higher-education trends and institutional needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Academic, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams for successful execution.
• Build and manage a strong institutional pipeline with tracking metrics.

Job Description

The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with higher-education institutions and driving business growth for the College Connect business.

A few key areas of responsibility include:

• Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T EduTech’s presence across the higher-education ecosystem.
• Build relationships with key academic and institutional stakeholders, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Principals, Placement Heads, and senior leadership.
• Understand institutional requirements and present relevant L&T EduTech solutions across academic programs, industry-aligned learning, skilling, assessments, and technology-enabled offerings.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle — from prospect identification and initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, implementation, and long-term relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for curriculum integration, industry‑academia initiatives, certification programs, employability initiatives, faculty development, and co‑branded programs.
• Drive partnership‑led business growth through opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiations, and achievement of business targets.
• Stay abreast of higher‑education trends, market developments, institutional needs, and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Academic, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
