Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applications for a Partnerships/Business Development role in Delhi/NCR. You will build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities and educational institutions, drive monthly targets, and lead end-to-end MoU processes.

You will travel as required, strengthen existing relationships, monitor engagement, and collaborate with trainers and students to enhance programme outcomes. Proactive, travel-ready candidates with strong negotiation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with experience in institutional partnerships.
• Experience with educational institutions, universities, skilling organisations, or CSR programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel and proactive, target-oriented approach.
• Exposure to skilling, employability, digital education, or capacity-building programmes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Drive monthly targets for institutional tie-ups, lead generation, and conversions.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partner institutions.
• Lead the end-to-end MoU process, from engagement and negotiation to documentation and closure.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and support programme expansion.
• Develop innovative approaches to improve partnership effectiveness and programme outcomes.
• Maintain partnership records, reports, presentations, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Travel as required for institutional meetings and partnership development.
• Managing internal systems (LMS/Pulse) and MIS, other reports.
• Monitor student attendance, activity, engagement logs and program success and collect and analyse feedback from students on training sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Ensure the selection and onboarding of suitable candidates for training programs.
• Collaborate with trainers and students to monitor attendance, encourage participation, and counsel as necessary.
