Qualifications

• Procurement experience in electronics or commodities preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with purchase orders and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Transfer of Planned Order to Purchase order.
• Submit PO for approval & Email to suppliers and receive acknowledgement.
• Update the confirmed receipt date and review regularly.
• Support to operational buyer to clear the article workflow by collecting and negotiating with suppliers.
• Negotiate to improve average payable days and lead time.
• Maintain RFQ Master Data and ensure workflow compliance.
• Optimize inventory related to customized solutions through volume/value analysis and coordination for deliveries.
