Overview

Handle end-to-end procurement for solar EPC projects including a broad range of components and systems, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery and procurement efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Procure for solar EPC projects including ACDB/DCDB, cables and connectors, transformers and HT/LT equipment, and SCADA and monitoring systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and EPC vendors.
• Float RFQs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery timelines, and commercial contracts.

• Coordinate closely with project execution teams, finance/accounts, and site teams.
• Ensure timely material dispatches and delivery tracking to project sites.
• Maintain procurement MIS, PO tracking, inventory coordination, and vendor performance records.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, import duties, and supply-chain risks related to solar components.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize project costs and improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with project BOQs, quality standards, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5+ years of relevant procurement experience in Solar EPC projects.

Strong Understanding
