Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
• Follow up for timely deliveries and material quality assurance.
• Handle the end-to-end procurement of solar-related equipment.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain accurate records of POs, GRNs, and supplier invoices.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the store and project teams.
• Work within project budgets to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and cost comparison analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and applicable statutory guidelines.
• Prepare procurement status reports and vendor performance evaluations.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.
• Obtain and analyze quotations to select best-fit vendors.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and accounts departments for material requirement planning and invoice verifications.
