Role Purpose

Servotech Renewable Power Systems Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Project Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement activities for Solar EPC, EV Charging Infrastructure, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, procurement planning, cost optimization, and ensuring timely material availability to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for Solar EPC project materials.
• Handle procurement of EV Charger project materials and associated components.
• Manage procurement activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
• Procure Electrical Balance of System (BOS) materials as per project requirements.
• Source and procure key project materials including: Structures, Solar Cables, Transformers, Ring Main Units (RMU), LT Panels, HT Panels, SCADA Systems, Junction Boxes, Civil & Structural Materials.
• Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to strengthen the supplier base.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize purchase contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with Project Execution, Engineering, Planning, and Site Teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Track procurement progress and proactively resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Drive procurement cost optimization through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Solar EPC procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and cost optimization abilities.
• Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, planning, and execution capability.

Required Qualifications
