Job summary

Narayana Health in Mumbai seeks a marketing professional to develop and execute comprehensive hospital marketing plans, manage campaigns, and build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs across communities.

The role includes CMEs, neighborhood activities, patient outreach, referral marketing, and regular reporting to leadership. You will coordinate materials distribution and monitor market conditions to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Plan and implement CMEs, screening camps, neighborhood activities, public campaigns, and relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.

Job description

• Support Marketing with all back end work in facilitating front end sales like dispatch of collaterals, documentation, internal approvals.
• Maintain MIS for marketing department to understand contribution from segments on an ongoing basis through a daily tracking mechanism. We also need to get to measuring productivity of our resources which can be done through periodic sales reports.
• Daily collation of OP and IP feedback, sharing in evening meetings and follow up with patients on negative feedback.
• Continuous connect with referring physicians by emailing/couriering letters of appreciation for referring along with discharge summary. Keeping a complete database of top 100 referring physicians, their DOB etc and connecting with them through direct mailers. Also needs to monitor referrals by A, B, C class of referring physicians, corporate and support in analysis of marketing and sales effectiveness.
• In house follow up/support of corporate/TPA/VIP patients to ensure they have no inconvenience and escalate issues for immediate executive response
• Support leadership in preparing weekly, monthly reports and presentations
• To formulate and propose various Referral & Neighborhood Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy to Marketing Head to achieve revenue budget.
• To ensure timely distribution of information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials thru referral and Community connect
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for hospitals.
• Planning and implementing CMEs, Screening Camps, Neighborhood Activities, Apartment Activities, Public Camps & Marketing Campaign, build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs in communities
• Responsible for the OPD & IP foot fall through the Marketing Activities & Referral Marketing
• Responsible for the Specialties wise Revenue achievement through Marketing Budgeting & Target setting
• To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
• To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
• Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the Management.
• Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
• One to One Doctor visit Outreach OPD clinics/OPD camps
• Monitor competitor’s in market and provide information about overall market condition to the line management.
• To Ensure meeting expected Customer Coverage and Daily call average along with planned Marketing activities
