Job summary

Medicover Fertility in Bengaluru is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns, engage doctors and clinics, and drive referral business. You will coordinate activities across CMEs, workshops, patient education programs, and tie-ups as per the marketing plan.

You will conduct field-work, assess new markets, explore product feasibility, and prepare monthly activity reports for management, while tracking competitors and promoting health awareness days.

Responsibilities

To plan and schedule meetings with the doctors / Super specialist engagement / Tie-ups/ for referral business (Trade)
To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to the business plan.
To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans
To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life
To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
To explore newer geographical areas new markets, for customer target for hospital.
To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
To do fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan
Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
Competitor tracking
Responsible for conducting in-house camps & promotions of health awareness days
