Job summary

SB eCommerce Solutions Private Limited is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist to keep desktops, printers, and network gear running across factory, warehouse, and offices in Faridabad. You’ll provide on-site and remote helpdesk, log tickets, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

The role demands hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and basic networking, along with clear communication with non-technical staff. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1-3 years in desktop support, hardware, or networking.
• Hands-on Windows 10/11 installation and MS Office/Outlook configuration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches, and network printers.
• Basic Microsoft 365 / Active Directory administration.
• Clear communication and patience with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT asset register, software licenses and warranty/AMC records; coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Support shop-floor workstations, CCTV and biometric attendance devices.
• Run routine backups, antivirus and patch updates, and keep good security hygiene.
