HR Executive - Roles & Responsibilities
Preferred Industry Experience: Electronics Manufacturing, Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Generator Manufacturing, Engineering Manufacturing, Industrial Products Manufacturing.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, technical, engineering, staff, and managerial positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct preliminary assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding and exit formalities.
- Update HRMS and employee databases accurately.
Attendance, Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.
- Manage employee benefits, statutory deductions, and reimbursement records.
- Support monthly HR MIS and payroll reports.
Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA.
- Coordinate with contractors for contract labour compliance.
- Support audits related to HR, statutory, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining harmonious employee and industrial relations.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize employee engagement activities, reward and recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate health camps, training programs, and awareness sessions.
Performance Management & Training
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee skill development.
HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR dashboards, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and recruitment status reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
Preferred Experience
- 1-6 years of HR experience in Electronics, Electrical Equipment, Generator, Motor, Transformer, Switchgear, Industrial Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.
- Experience in hiring for production, maintenance, quality, stores, procurement, engineering, and support functions.
- Working knowledge of factory operations, shift manpower planning, contract labour management, and statutory compliance.
- Exposure to manufacturing ERP/HRMS systems such as SAP, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems will be preferred.
