Hum Developers Private Limited will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The sales professional will be expected to provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Should have knowledge of Real estate best practices, market standards, neighbour hoods real estate projects for buying and selling.
• Key Skills for Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Should be able to represent the project and property to the clients need.
• Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Attain Prospective buyers through leads, convert leads to appointments and Visit to closures.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and marketing activities.
• Develop business networks and collaborate with Channel Partners and Associates.
• Develop Channel Partner network in the location of the project.
• Support Team members on Day to day site related activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate in western suburbs of Mumbai.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Preferably should have two wheeler
• Good standing with local board of realtor
