Job summary

You will drive training needs analysis, leadership programs, and structured learning pathways across manufacturing functions.

The role focuses on governance, learning analytics, and ongoing measurement of training impact, ensuring safety and compliance across the workforce in Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing competency frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Strong capability in training needs analysis and learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide competency frameworks.
• Define technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership competencies for all roles.
• Conduct competency assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Build role-wise competency matrices and development plans.
• Design and execute skill development, upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling programs.
• Drive technical capability-building initiatives across manufacturing functions.
• Establish certification and structured learning pathways for employees.
• Partner with business leaders to address workforce capability needs.
• Lead training needs analysis (TNA) and annual learning plans.
• Design leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential employees.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Manage LMS and learning analytics.
• Monitor training effectiveness, competency improvements, and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and mandatory training requirements.
