Job summary

D-tech Management Resource is seeking an experienced HR & ESG Compliance Lead in Faridabad to drive labour/HR compliance across multiple sites. You will manage ESG audits, third-party assessments and IPO-related due diligence readiness, ensuring strong governance and CAPA closure.

The role requires deep knowledge of labour laws, audit documentation and stakeholder coordination with cross-functional teams. IPO exposure and ESG reporting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM-HR or equivalent
• Strong experience in Labour Compliance, HR Audits and Social/ESG Audits
• Experience handling customer/multinational/third-party ESG or social compliance audits
• Exposure to IPO/pre-IPO due diligence, BRSR and ESG reporting
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, audit documentation and CAPA
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills
• High integrity and ability to handle multiple locations and external auditors

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, Labour and Statutory Compliance across Company units.

• Develop and maintain Compliance Calendar, Audit Plan, Matrix and Documentation.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Finance, Legal, Secretarial and other functions for ESG needs.
• Monitor contract labour compliance and social compliance.
• Track audit observations and CAPA for timely closure of non-conformities.
• Support BRSR data compilation and ESG disclosures.
• Prepare Compliance & Audit MIS/Dashboard for Senior Management.
• Develop/review policies on Human Rights, Child Labour, POSH, Whistle Blower, Code of Conduct, ESG.

Role & responsibilities

To lead HR & Labour Compliance, Social/ESG Compliance and Audit Management across the Company, with special focus on ESG audits, customer/third-party audits and IPO-related compliance & due-diligence readiness

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for HR, Labour and Statutory Compliance across Company units.
• Lead and coordinate ESG / Social Compliance Audits, customer audits and third-party audits.
• Ensure readiness for IPO-related HR, ESG and compliance due diligence.
• Develop and maintain Compliance Calendar, Audit Plan, Compliance Matrix and Audit Documentation.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance audits / mock audits and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Operations and other functions for ESG and compliance requirements.
• Monitor contract Labor / contractor compliance and social compliance.
• Track audit observations, CAPA and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Support HR/ESG data compilation for BRSR (Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report)/BRSR Core and applicable ESG disclosures.
• Prepare periodic Compliance & Audit MIS/Dashboard for Senior Management.
• Develop/review policies relating to Human Rights, Child Labour, Forced Labour, POSH, Whistle Blower, Grievance, Code of Conduct, Supplier/Contractor Ethics and ESG.

Candidate Profile

• 1218 years of experience, preferably in large manufacturing / engineering / steel / automotive / industrial organisations.
• Qualification: MBA/PGDM-HR, MSW, LLB or equivalent; ESG/Compliance certification will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in Labour Compliance, HR Audits and Social/ESG Audits.
• Experience of handling customer / multinational / third-party ESG or social compliance audits is essential.
• Exposure to IPO / pre-IPO due diligence, BRSR/BRSR Core and ESG reporting will be strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, audit documentation and CAPA.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• High integrity, maturity and ability to independently handle multiple locations and external auditors.

Important

Candidates with only routine HR Operations / Recruitment / Payroll experience without substantial Compliance & Audit exposure should not be considered.
