Job Summary;
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, and Industrial Relations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal and statutory compliance, managing employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary matters, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage and ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and Statutory Regulations.
- Handle statutory audits, inspections, notices, and compliance-related matters with relevant authorities.
- Manage Employee Relations and Industrial Relations activities, including employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Oversee Contract Labour Management, including documentation, compliance, contractor coordination, and statutory requirements.
- Handle grievance management, disciplinary proceedings, and domestic enquiries in accordance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate and manage legal matters, including liaison with legal counsel and external legal consultants.
- Coordinate with Labour Departments, Government Authorities, and other statutory/legal authorities as required.
- Establish and manage various statutory and internal committees in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational requirements.
- Support the organization in legal compliance, labour disputes, notices, and proceedings.
- Conduct and coordinate employee training and awareness programs related to labour laws, HR policies, compliance, safety, and workplace conduct.
- Support recruitment and manpower planning activities as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to compliance, employee relations, legal matters, and contract labour.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Administration, Legal, and Management to ensure smooth HR and compliance operations.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, labour law matters, disciplinary actions, and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, compliance practices, and employee engagement initiatives.

Educational Qualification;
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
- Additional qualification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations / Legal Management will be an added advantage.
Experience ;
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and Legal/IR Management, preferably in a large-scale or multi-location organization.
