Job summary

Anlight Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking an AGM / Sr. Manager – ER & Compliance to lead Employee Relations within Group Human Resources in Gurgaon. The role focuses on guiding stakeholders on ER practices and ensuring alignment with local labour laws.

You will spearhead workplace investigations, advise management on policies and employment law, and help develop and enforce HR standards, codes of conduct, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or LLB qualification (from the HTML).
• Experience in Employee Relations and compliance guidance.
• Ability to lead investigations and advise on employment law.

About the role:

• Act as an expert to guide all relevant stakeholders and help adapt best practices on matters pertaining to Employee Relations.
• Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Facilitates adherence of all laid standards, applicable laws and ultimately ensures compliance to Code of conduct of the Organization.
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders (corporate & all units/businesses) to have full overview of all general labor law and across the group.
