Job summary

Confidential, a luxury villa and vacation stay rentals company, is seeking an AGM - Hospitality Operations to lead estate operations in the Alibag region. You will oversee villa estate managers, coordinate with central heads, ensure service standards, and drive budget performance.

You will conduct site recce, prepare new homes for listing, enforce safety and legal compliance, and shape regional strategy to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing estate managers and coordinating with central department heads daily.
• Recce of new homes and preparations to list villas on online platforms.
• Ensure quality of operations and audits (internal & external).
• Ensure compliance with OH&S Act, fire regs, and other legal requirements.
• Manage operations of all region villas per the org chart.
• Lead regular briefings with Estate Managers (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and service standards across villas.
• Handle complaints and oversee service recovery procedures.
• Prepare and achieve annual operating and capital budgets.
• Drive profitability; meet revenue and guest-satisfaction targets.
• Set regional budget goals and long-term strategic plans.
• Monitor monthly P&L and provide financial outlooks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for owners and stakeholders.
• Plan revenues and costs for the region.
• Support procurement and vendor contracting for ops supplies.
• Act as final decision-maker in hiring key staff.

Location: Alibag, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all estate managers and working closely with central team department heads on a daily basis.
• Do Recce of new homes directly or with help of team members & do necessary arrangements to get the Villas be ready to get listed on online platform
• Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).
• Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Oversee the operations functions of all the Villas of the region, as per the Organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all Estate Managers daily, weekly, monthly etc to meet the expected goals
• Ensure full compliance to Villas/ Homes of the region’s operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the Villas annual Operating Budget, and Capital Budget.
• Manage on-going profitability of the Villas of region, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Deliver regional budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Villas, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, Events & Experience etc. on target and accurate.
• Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders.
• Draw up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc.) of the region
• Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipments and services.
• Act as a final decision maker in hiring a key staffs: Villa Associates, GRE, HK Supervisors etc.
