StayVista is hiring a General Manager / Associate General Manager to lead the North India Guest Experience operations across Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand squads, based in Gurgaon.

You will drive region-wide business performance, grow the portfolio of premium vacation homes, oversee onboarding and guest satisfaction, and mentor high-performing teams to scale operations with strong KPI governance.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of strategic growth experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the region’s overall business performance and operational excellence.
• Grow the portfolio of premium vacation homes and drive revenue.
• Improve profitability and ensure seamless property onboarding and guest experience.
• Mentor high-performing teams and guide cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role

As an General Manager / Associate General Manager at StayVista, you will lead the region’s overall business performance, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for growing the portfolio of premium vacation homes, driving revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring seamless property onboarding and guest experience, while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

About You

• Build and implement go-to-market strategies to attract and retain property owners.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, defining KPIs and improving workflows across teams.
• Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
• Ensure properties meet StayVista’s operational and service standards.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and local stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and ops teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and present regular updates to the leadership team.
• Support business scalability by implementing new processes and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local policies and maintain strong community relationships.
• Strong deal negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance and growth.
• Strong operational background with the ability to scale teams and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on attitude.
• Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations across regions, including reviewing and executing on opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency or output
• The role will lead Guest Experience operations across North India, overseeing both the Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand squads, and will be based out of the Gurgaon office.
• 7-12 years of experience strategic growth (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
