Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
• 15+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in B2B Industrial Products and/or FMCG is expected.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for Industrial Products and FMCG divisions.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, market share, and target achievement.
• Build B2B relationships with key accounts, institutional customers, project customers, and channel partners.
• Expand dealer/distributor networks and identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and monitor performance.
• Handle key accounts, negotiations, commercial agreements, and customer escalations.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgets, territory performance, MIS, collections, and receivables.
• Conduct market/competitor analysis and support pricing, promotions, product positioning, and launches.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Customer Service for timely order fulfilment.
• Drive customer satisfaction, sales productivity, and sustainable business growth.
