Job summary

RSPL Group in Jaipur is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive primary and secondary sales across the territory, expand market coverage, and strengthen the distributor network in General Trade. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, monitor market trends, and ensure timely reporting of performance.

Graduate or MBA preferred; FMCG/FMCD GT sales experience and strong leadership are essential.
