Job summary

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering in India is seeking a production professional with 3–5 years of experience in production and planning. You will manage shift planning, manpower on the shop floor, and drive improvements in OEE and process efficiency.

The role requires hands-on CNC programming and setup experience, exposure to heat treatment, grinding, polishing, and machining, and familiarity with TPM 5S, PPAP, FEMA, and ISO standards. You will report to the Engineer– Production.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgist Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Production Department.
• Experience in production planning, target achievement and shop floor control.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and ensure achievement of shift targets.
• Monitor and control losses to improve OEE and process yield.
• Oversee shift planning and manpower on the shop floor.
