A leading manufacturing company located in Nashik is seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee shop floor operations and manage a team of 20-25 workers. The ideal candidate will have a BE Mechanical degree and 3-4 years of experience in the fabrication department, particularly in SS & MS. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring efficient raw material usage. The expected salary range is ₹350,000 to ₹400,000 CTC per annum, depending on interview performance.

• Prepare and submit detailed daily production reports to the Factory Manager.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and management.

Education: BE Mechanical, Male Candidate.

Experience: 3 to 4 yrs in Fabrication Dept (SS & MS)

Salary: ₹350000– ₹400000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)
