Job summary

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering in India invites an experienced Production leader to oversee manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes production planning, manpower management, and process optimization across heat treatment, machining, and finishing steps.

You will drive TPM, 5S, PPAP and ISO compliance, manage inventory, and ensure attainment of SCN and PQCDSM targets. CNC programming/set-up experience is desirable. Strong leadership and communication with the production team are essential.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering.
• 10–12 years in Production Department.
• Strong exposure to production planning and manpower handling.
• Experience in heat treatment, hard chrome plating, grinding, polishing and machining.
• Familiar with TPM, 5S, PPAP, FEMA and ISO standards.
• Ability to achieve SCN/PQCDSM targets.
• Inventory management and troubleshooting skills.
• CNC programming and setting experience.
