Job summary

Amneal India is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee all activities at the Amneal Healthcare warehouse in Ahmedabad. You will ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of RM, PM, FG and other materials in line with SOPs and cGMP.

The role involves maintaining accurate ERP records, coordinating with Purchasing and other departments, and preparing GRNs, with duties assigned by the HOD as needed. Strong attention to compliance, data accuracy, and audit readiness is essential given regulatory and

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities related to warehouse at Amneal Healthcare as per their respective SOPs & as per cGMP.
• Responsible for receipt & dispatch of Raw materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods and Miscellaneous Material.
• Handling of men power.
• Responsible for online documentation for all activities which are to be done in warehouse.
• Responsible to coordinate with purchase, ppmc and respective consumer of Amneal Ahmedabad sites.
• Responsible to record and to verify the warehouse records (Like cleaning, balance calibration etc.).
• Responsible to perform and to verify the de – dusting, physical verification, GRN preparation, Labeling and storage (as per storage conditions) of new received RM/PM and Miscellaneous material as per their respective SOPs.
• Responsible to face the regulatory and finance audits in warehouse.
• Responsible for data entry in ERP (i.e GRN preparation, Sales Order etc.).
• Responsible to handle Retest, Expired and Rejected RM/PM.
• Responsible to maintain RM, PM, Miscellaneous material & FG physical stock & as per ERP.
• Activities other than defined in the job description are to be done, as per the requirement of HOD, by following HOD’s instructions and guidance.
