Job summary

Blitz in India seeks a operations professional to design and build a 60–120 minute regional delivery network, including last-mile stations and micro-fulfillment centers. You will lead and coach teams to achieve on-time delivery as the north-star metric, driving high-volume quick commerce operations with strong data-driven decision making.

• Proven coaching and leadership skills with experience in building & mentoring high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Design & build a 60–120 minute delivery network in the region, including last-mile delivery stations, dark stores/micro-fulfillment centers, and delivery teams.
• Lead & coach Team Leaders and Operations Executives to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction with On-Time Delivery as the north star metric.
• Use strong business judgment to communicate team goals, drive execution, and manage a fast-paced, high-volume quick commerce operation.
• Achieve operational excellence by setting up scalable processes and driving continuous improvements.
• Implement roster planning schedules & monitoring systems to ensure real-time fulfillment of customer orders within 60–120 mins.
• Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies, ensuring rapid order turnaround and seamless customer experience.
• Understand & fulfill client requirements related to quick commerce logistics operations.
• Manage cash handling for COD orders and ensure timely reconciliation with the finance team; continuously improve payments-related processes.
• Success will be measured by ability to scale quick commerce delivery while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Actively drive adoption of best practices across all operational functions.
