Job summary

Exalans and Hunar is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and meet sales targets across multiple branches.

You will supervise admin and operations, guide branch managers, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs to elevate team performance. Additionally, you will monitor loan processing, control NPAs, and boost collection efficiency while conducting market analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector.
