Job summary

Exalans and Hunar in Hyderabad seeks a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily branch activities, drive gold loan growth, and guide the branch team toward monthly targets.

The role involves canvassing and marketing multiple products, building strong customer relationships, improving collections, managing cash, and participating in marketing efforts. Prior banking or gold loan NBFC experience is preferred.

• Assist Branch Head to handle Branch operations and motivate the branch team to achieve month-on-month targets; ensure gold loan growth.
• Canvassing and marketing all products like debentures, insurance, tour products, etc.
• Build relationships with customers, follow up, increase interest collections, and control NPAs.
• Participate in different marketing activities.
• Gold appraisal, interest collection, cash management, accounting, and key handling.

• Assisting Branch Head to handle Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month

• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.

• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs

• Participate in different marketing activities

• Gold Appraisal, Interest Collection, Cash Management and accounting and Key handling
