Job summary

Exalans and Hunar is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in Tamil Nadu to drive monthly branch targets and gold loan growth. You will motivate and guide the team, oversee cash management, and help marketing initiatives across products including debentures and insurance.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a sales-driven mindset, with experience in banks or NBFCs and knowledge of gold loan processes.

• Custodian of key, cash management and accounting, gold appraisals, interest collection.
• Customer relationship building, improve interest collections, control NPAs, participate in the marketing activities.
