Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and motivate potential candidates to enroll as agents.
• Activate certified agents by mobilizing minimum premium within the stipulated time.
• Ensure agents are familiar with company products, policies and sales processes.
• Identify, communicate and agree on premium targets with agents across classes of business.
• Maintain low dormancy ratio of active vs total agents.
• Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups and strengthening agent relationships.
• Coordinate with underwriting, branch operations, claims and finance teams for smooth policy issuance and commissions.
