Job summary

Axiscades Engineering Technologies is seeking an Assembly Process Planning specialist to develop detailed work instructions from prints and 3D models. You will create visual aids, build books, and SWES documentation, and define assembly sequences for engine/machine assemblies.

You will also support line assembly per customer needs, conduct time studies, and ensure timely, high-quality results using CAPP+ and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly process planning and creating work instructions from prints and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed assembly instructions in the form of visual aids/build book/SWES.
• Develop assembly sequences aligned with engine/machine assembly requirements.
• Support line assembly per customer requirements.
• Document assembly processes using CAPP+ tool and related methods.
• Perform time study and line balancing using ATS/ODS tools.
• Meet project timelines and ensure quality of analysis and results.

Role & responsibilities

• Should have good knowledge on Assembly process planning.
• Should be able to Create work instructions as per print and 3D model also need to Create detailed assembly instructions in the form of visual aids/Build book/SWES.
• Assembly process planning documentation expert in CAPP+ Tool.
• Expected to create the assembly sequence as per the required engine/machine assembly sequence and Support for line assembly as per the customer requirement.
• Should have good knowledge on Torque process.
• Should have good knowledge on Time study, Line balancing (Tool: ATS/ODS).
• Expected to meet the project timelines and ensure the quality of analysis and results delivered.

Key Technical Skills preferred:

• EBOM, MBOM, CAPP+, VPPA, GTC, PLEX, VDRA, Factory Layout and Team center activities.
