Job summary

Aura Technology is seeking an Assembly Engineer responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components to ensure quality standards and optimize processes.

The role requires hands-on assembly work, troubleshooting, and documentation while coordinating with production and quality teams. Candidates will be involved in developing and improving assembly methods and assisting in new product trials.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, or electronic components as per drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Identify assembly issues and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth assembly operations.
• Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workstation organization (5S).
• Conduct inspections and verify assembly compliance through gauges and measuring instruments.
• Assist in developing and improving assembly methods and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product assembly trials and provide feedback to engineering.
• Document production data, assembly issues, and daily activity reports.
