Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through marketing activities, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers for residential, commercial, and construction projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions with clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer handover.
