Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra is seeking a Marketing Executive to promote construction projects, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

The role focuses on brand marketing, lead generation, market research, and campaign execution across events and digital channels, with travel as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Marketing and 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction/real estate, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing; construction/real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, events, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Brand Marketing activities to increase company and project visibility.
• Support the development and execution of Brand Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Conduct Market Research and Analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
• Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns for construction projects and company services.
• Coordinate and participate in Event Marketing, exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities.
• Manage promotional materials, advertisements, social media activities, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners for marketing activities.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support the management team in achieving marketing and business development objectives.
