Job summary

Raad7 Informatics is seeking an experienced ASIC Engineer to lead RTL design, SoC firmware development, and verification across end-to-end silicon projects in Bengaluru. You will drive interface debugging for DDR5/LPDDR6 and ONFI, working with lab equipment to validate prototypes and aid silicon bring‑up.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC design flows, RTL design, and firmware integration, with BE/M.Tech in Electronics or VLSI.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTL design and SoC firmware development.
• Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design flow.
• Hands-on with DDR5/LPDDR6 and ONFI interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive ASIC design, SoC firmware, and verification end-to-end.
• Perform RTL design and verification using industry-standard scripting/automation tools.
• Debug high-speed interfaces using lab equipment and oscilloscopes.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ASIC Engineer with strong RTL design and SoC firmware expertise to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive ASIC design, SoC firmware, and verification activities end-to-end
• Perform RTL design and verification using industry-standard scripting/automation tools
• Debug high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, ONFI) using lab equipment such as Logic Analyzers, PCIe Protocol Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
• Support silicon bring-up and system-level debug

Mandatory Skills:

• RTL Design and SoC Firmware (FW) design experience
• Strong understanding of SoC and ASIC design flow
• Hands-on experience with high-speed interfaces PDDR5/LPDDR6, ONFI

Education:

BE / M.Tech in Electronics or VLSI Engineering
