Job summary

Tata Sky Broadband in India is seeking a field-operations professional to drive the rollout of FTTx networks in designated territories, coordinate with distributors, and ensure timely installation for new customers.

You will lead Survey teams for city mapping, identify deployment areas by priority, secure permissions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver FTTH connectivity. The role emphasizes agile execution and strong communication.

• Appoint distributors and LCOs as channel partners.

• Sign up new DSA/distributor agreements.
• Handle building permission/acquisition.
• Plan material and manpower for new area rollouts.
• Direct acquisition teams for permission issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments for FTTH rollout.
• Oversee new orders and installation in connected buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing FTTX Business through multiple business Team members.
  
• Appointment of Distributors and LCO’s as channel partners for distribution.
  
• Planning and Monitoring the Survey team for Mapping of Cities.
  
• To Identify and finalize the areas in city for deployment of Network priority wise.
  
• Responsible for New DSA/Distributor Agreement Sign up.
  
• Responsible for Building Permission/ Acquisition.
  
• New area Roll out Viz Planning of Material and Manpower Deployment.
  
• Directing the acquisition team for permission related issues.
  
• Coordinating with the internal departments for successful roll out of FTTH Connectivity.
  
• Responsible for New Order Booking & Installation of Customers in Connected Buildings.
