Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is seeking an experienced leader to manage FTTH/ISP operations in the Delhi NCR region. You will mentor field engineers and technicians, oversee GPON network performance, and drive improvements in MTTR and SLA adherence.

You will coordinate with vendors, supervise fiber installations, and coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure high quality service for retail and enterprise customers. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on GPON expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in FTTH/ISP operations with at least 2 years in team management.
• Driving license and 2-wheeler mandatory.
• GPON architecture, Fiber Splicing, OTDR/LSPM testing, IP Networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, fiber technicians, and third-party contractors across the assigned territory.
• Manage end-to-end GPON network operations, including OLTs, ONUs, and passive optical splitters.
• Oversee overhead/underground fiber optic cable deployment, fault localization, OTDR testing, and precision fusion splicing during link outages.
• Serve as the point of escalation for critical network outages across Delhi NCR. Ensure swift link restoration and minimal downtime for retail and enterprise subscribers.
• Coordinate with external cabling vendors, track fiber inventory and supervise field compliance standards.

• Team Leadership & Field Management: Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, fiber technicians, and third-party contractors across the assigned territory. Drive daily KPIs including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• GPON Architecture & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end GPON network operations, including Optical Line Terminals (OLTs), Optical Network Units (ONUs), and passive optical splitters.
• Fiber Network Operations: Oversee overhead/underground fiber optic cable deployment, fault localization, OTDR testing, and precision fusion splicing during link outages.
• Incidents & SLA Handling: Serve as the point of escalation for critical network outages across Delhi NCR. Ensure swift link restoration and minimal downtime for retail and enterprise subscribers.
• Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with external cabling vendors, track fiber inventory (splicing kits, patch cords, joint closures), and supervise field compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 years in FTTH/ISP operations with at least 2 years in team management.
