The candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot equipment; handle escalations; prepare reports; manage stock and expenses; and drive service revenue while coordinating with management for improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in service operations.

Qualification: B.E. Mandatory

(Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical Engineering)

Experience Required: 7 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing complete service operations across the region
• Leading and supervising the service engineering team
• Managing customer service activities and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & servicing of laboratory equipment
• Handling customer escalations and providing technical support
• Preparing service reports, PM reports & installation reports
• Maintaining branch stock and expense control
• Payment follow-up and service revenue generation
• Coordinating with management for service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Training and guiding service engineers for high service standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong team handling experience
• Excellent customer handling & communication skills
• Technical service background preferred
• Experience in after-sales service operations
