Responsibilities

• Lead, train and review a team of service technicians across the area.
• Plan scheduling, dispatch and spare-parts flow so calls are closed within the target time.
• Identify and appoint new authorised service centres to widen coverage.
• Resolve escalated complaints and keep customer satisfaction scores high.
• Guide technicians on complex TV, AC and washing machine faults.
• Manage the service budget and work with vendors to keep spares available.
